Garmin Connect and Xert Remote Workout Player problem

Im using the Xert CIQ app on a 520, which is connected by Bluetooth to the Garmin Connect App on an iPhone. The Xert remote player replies on the G Connect app uploading inreal-time to my Garmin Connect account, from where it pulls its data to show on my laptop (back on the trainer!). For anybody not familiar with this, it may seem lon-winded but it works well - most of the time. There are occasional delays of about a second, which is fine (understandable really) but smoetimes it just stops. Does anybody else have any experiance with this or any rationale as to where th e fault may lie? I have tried the obviousl tings like checking if the Internet connection and WiFi are still good. Thanks.
