Chatbox problem in challenge section

We are a group of 12 Garmin users that are competing every week for more than a year now and for the last 3 weeks, we can't use the chatbox inside the challenge module. The problem is everywhere, on PC or/and mobile device. We can chat the first day of the challenge, and the rest of the week, the comments just don't show up in the box. PLEASE Fix it!!! :) Thank you.
