Last week, I purchased a Forerunner 645 music... So far so good but this afternoon I made a 10km run activity outside in following conditions:
- no mobile phone / internet connection while running
- using HRM-Run
- recorded as a run activity
When I went back at home, the forerunner automatically sync. with my phone and I saw the run activity with all details including heart rate, kilometers.
I also noticed that my 10 km properly contributed to increase the daily step count.
However when I checked the timeline for heart rate or step during the day, I saw a gap, either from the mobile app, either from the website. See attached picture (highlighted in red), I ran 10 km during 1 hour and my HR would have stay flat at ~100 during the whole activity (which is of course wrong, and can be checked from the activity details, everything has been properly recorded). Same for step count, no details visible during the run period, but I can see the step count during the period has been added to the daily total.
why this gap, any idea ?
As a comparison, yesterday I made 20 mn activity run on treadmill (using HRM-Run too) and everything has been properly recorded... Only difference I can see is that I had my phone with me during that activity.
Thanks.
