App keeps crashing on iOS. Tried removing app and reinstall - soft reset on phone. Remove watches and re-add ( won’t let me) tried each watch separate to see if it’s that. It’s not!!! Run out of ideas. Feels like server issue ????
Same here. It's weird that Garmin does not have 24/7 support. I reported the problem immediately when noticed but since 10 hours no one has even noted "roger, we´ll fix it". What a poor customer experience for a global brand. Sure, bugs will appear, but it is how the problem is dealt with.
