Cannot edit activity in Garmin Connect

Running on a treadmill can’t record distance. I go to my iOS Garmin Connect App to edit my activity and get an error when saving changes. I have disconnects WiFi and went to cel network; I have deleted and reinstalled the App in my device; rebooted my device; changed privacy settings to Me Only; searched the internet; you name it. Nothing has worked. I just want to edit the distance in my recent activity anda can’t do it. Can ANYONE help...??????!!!!
