All new .fit activity files showing as invalid

All of my activities since 2 weekends ago are showing up as invalid files when trying to sync to Garmin Connect. I have deleted all of the activities from the Activity folder but I have 3 files that hoping someone can recover. I have tried the recovery site and it just errors out.

hi mthames1, I can not see anything wrong with your three fit files

how do you sync your activities ?

something wrong with your internet connections ?

are you sure those activities do not already exist on Garmin Connect ?

upload the files direct from Garmin Connect Web...what happens...?

I have tried syncing with Bluetooth to Connect app on my phone - Fails - gets to about 60% and the status indicator goes quickly to 100% but activity never shows up.

I have tried connecting my Forerunner 935 to the Garmin Connect app on my PC and it comes up and tells me I have 3 invalid files (the files I listed above).

I have tried uploading the .fit files directly through connect.garmin.com and gives me a failed message.

I deleted all of the files in the activity folder on the 935 and tried copying back in just the three files and it when it tries to sync it tells me all 3 files are invalid.

I am certain these activities do not exit on Garmin Connect. Last activity on Garmin Connect was back on Oct 13.

Thanks OnlyTwo! Those fixed files worked. I will contact support.
