Invalid Files will not upload

I have several files that have been returned as Invalid types and will not upload to Garmin Connect. The issue often occurs during my long runs when I pause my Forerunner 25 then everything that occurs after the pause is lost or corrupts the file. I have tried using the Garmin Online Fit Repair Tool with multiple files all to no avail. Any help would most appreciated! Thank you!
