Invalid .FIT Files

I have a Garmin 645 and the last 4 consecutive activities have all been returned as invalid when I try to sync via mobile or by Garmin Express via usb. I can manually upload the .FIT files to Strava and all of the data imports to Strava without any problems. The only way that I am able to get the data into Garmin Connect is to first upload the FIT file to Strava, export a GPX file out of Strava, and then upload the GPX to Garmin Connect. I'm not losing my data, but it's just a pain in the rear end to get it off of the watch and sycned between Connect and Strava. I tried resetting my watch after Tuesday's run, but I still have the same problem after my run this morning. Any idea what could be causing this problem?
Those files worked! Thanks for your help. I'm not sure what's going on here because the FIT files generated by my watch import to Strava with any problems at all, but they error out no matter how I try to upload them to Garmin Connect.
