Export large numbers of workouts to Strava

Hello. How can I export, 7 months of workouts, to Strava?

Contact Strava and they will pull them into Strava for you.

Ok. I now that. The problem is the amount of data.

I guess the problem is Strava only imports the last 30 days (or whatever) when you connect with Garmin.
