I found a way to easily convert .tcx files to view all data points in excel...

I have been looking around the forums and other random online sources to see if there was a way to view all of the data points my HRM/Forerunner620/Footpod collect, besides the provided xlxs file that contains only averages. I was unsuccessful until I talked to someone working in my lab about it, who showed me an easy way to change .tcx files using the command prompt to be opened by excel. I'm doing this in windows, and have Microsoft office.

For anyone who's not logged in and can't see the screenshots, the procedure in the OP is to rename the file's TCX extension to XML.

FYI, you don't have to do that. You can just open Excel, and drag the TCX file on to the Excel window and it does the same thing.
