vista hcx waypoint manager

Hi, I am new to forum so firstly hello, I don't know where I should have posted this query so bear with me! I have a vista hcx and have recently changed my laptop and cannot find the cd disc that came with it for the map and waypoint manager, is there anywhere I can download it ? thanks.
