My 735XT died during the run at Ironman Maryland and I have an incomplete record of the run. I want to edit the distance to be the full 26.2 miles, but I can't edit the run. Is there a way I can do that'?
  • You can edit activity distance in the Garmin Connect web site. Just open the run activity, click the Edit button, and change the Distance field. I usually do this to get correct numbers on my races because the Garmin GPS distance never exactly matches the official measured course distance.

The problem is, when I edit a multisport activity, I don't get any of the option I would get on a single activity (running, cycling, etc)ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1409740.gif

You can edit just the run portion of a multisport activity. When viewing the activity first click on the run icon (between the title and the map screen). Once the run is displayed click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select Edit. This will let you edit just the run.
