Calories in/out

Anyone knows whether it is possible to show calories in and out on the website without having a Myfitnesspal-account?

When selecting calories in/out on the daily summary page, it says you should have a myfitness-account to see this.

In the mobile app, active calories can be shown, but I am missing this on the web-page. (And I don't need myfitnesspal.)
  • How are you going to tell Garmin connect how many calories you have consumed

On the web page, you can see active calories as the red column in the Total Calories report. (Avoid the Active Calories report. It shows something else, partly with another calorie definition, partly faulty.)

If you make a weekly Calories goal on the web page, it will also be based on active calories. This is my main instrument of tracking if I am training enough.
  • Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

(@Martinr2: It is the calories from activities, I was looking for, not calories consumed.)

Well the calories in/out is the calories you take in (consume)/ out (the calories you burn doing an activity)
