News Feed activities shows up as "Untitled"

I have been renaming all my activities every day and can see the renamed activities on "My Day" option. But when I go to News Feed, the same activities are displayed as "Untitled". This has been happening since last 1 week. Previously, it was showing the renamed activities under "News Feed". What could be the issue?
