Vivosmart HR erratic syncing

I didn't sync my watch all weekend and then it took several attempts yesterday morning to get Friday, Sat and Sun data to show up in Connect. Eventually I got it all working tho.

However, today, I've come to sync and it says it has done it, but its only showing steps up to 1124 yesterday morning, despite having the watch on all day. It does however not appear to be syncing todays data. Very odd.

I thought I would have a look at the Garmin Support for this device, but apparently there is no such thing as a Vivosmart HR, could have fooled me, I'm looking at it right now on the back of the watch and in bluetooth connections, both say vivosmart HR.

So far, quite disappointed in this device.

found it once I entered the serial number and have now emailed support.

no problems here with my vivosmart HR, what phone you connected to

Huawei P9. Just tried syncing for yesterdays activities and its not uploading anything. So I'm now not sure if its the app or the watch at fault. I might see if there was a recent update to connect and remove it, as it does seem odd that it was working perfectly until 1124 on Monday morning.
