I have installed the Garmin Connect Mobile app onto moto g5 phone. And it connects with my vivoactive HR perfectly. But after I installed the app and I use for example Google Maps, my phone has difficulties finding my GPS location. Sometimes it works fine but most of the time it cannot find my location. When I remove the Garmin Connect app it works fine again.
I think it only happens when I don’t wear the watch. I also always get the message how to troubleshoot the Bluetooth issues when I enable the location on my phone.
Is there a solution to solve this issue? Because it is very unpractical to remove and install the app every time.
