Garmin Connect Newsfeeds

The activity newsfeed hasn't been working since at least yesterday. My activities aren't showing up right away even though you can view them by looking at my profile. I'm not sure if the activities are being delayed or if they aren't showing up until the next activity is complete. In either case, right now my run from 2 hours ago still isn't on the feed.

On a related note, the widget that shows the recent activities for groups says that there isn't any recent activities to show, but if you click on the group name there are activities that could be shown.

    Thinking about this some more, perhaps the newsfeed is one activity behind. Meaning my latest activity won't show until someone else does an activity. I'm not sure how to test this theory though.

    This is happening to me also. My groups feed has been blank for days and there are definitely activities happening but none of them are showing up.

    My Garmin friends and I have the same issue. Newsfeed are a mess
  • Same here, latest activity doesn't show up, also missing all activities from some connections (there privacy setting are ok, as you can see the workouts going to their profile).

  • Noticed the same. Started about one week ago. Sometimes a few activities show up, sometimes not even my own. If I go into my friends profiles instead I see all activities. It is the same for group feeds, they are currently empty.
    Annoying!

    In news feeds you do not see the activities of your connection and the number of activities on running shoes are not even loaded.
  • I am experiencing the same problems:
    1. For 1 of my connections, they no longer appear in my newsfeed or on my leaderboards, but I am still connected and can see all their activities in their profile
    2. For activities I have performed in the last week, name changes to the activities are not reflected in the newsfeed

    I have just submitted a report to Garmin following a chat session with Calum on product support. If you haven't report this yet please do so as it will give the issue more priority.
  • Today it looks fine. But before I got the same issue.
    Last week, I shared an activity which was set to public and the recipient could not access it. Maybe something was going on with the data security settings.

    I got lots of problems with segments, in the past. It says that I am the 1st or 2nd. After clicking on "All" participants, my activity could not be shown due to its public-settings. But everything was public. This is also solved not. I expect Garmin was working on that.
