So the wife just got a Fenix 5s. We have downloaded the app (Garmin Connect), loaded it up and it just goes to the screen with the progress bar and skips straight to the unable to connect screen. Doesn't do anything! Tried everything!
We can pair it via Bluetooth and I have connected it to the mac to update its software but it just won't connect.
Is it duff?
The phone is a moto G5S
