Good afternoon. When I look at the Gear section on my Garmin connect profile, it says the shoes that I am using are at 752.1 km. However - that number has not changed in a few weeks. I looked at all the activities on these shoes (84 of them), and the total is 839.09. Therefore, this value is not updating properly as it should be. Can you please have this rectified?
I'm seeing this for multiple pieces of gear (bike and shoes). The summary page just stopped counting sometime in August for both pieces of gear although if I click on the activities link, it looks like all the activities are there.
Yes, all the acivities are there but the summary of the mileage is not updated. I'm not very keen to start removing and adding gear and running the possible risk of messing up years of data. And still no update from Garmin - very frustrating.
I managed to resolve the problem with help from Garmin Support.
1. Log onto your Garmin Connect account. 2. Remove gear that is not updating correctly. (Remember to make a note of the date first used before removing!) 3. Add the gear again and remember to tick the box right at the bottom of the screen (existing activities).
