Group Admin is lost

Somebody made a group "active in <my town>" with the activities running an walking. After a while he or she is lost, no recorded activity since a year or longer. In the meantime a lot of new member joins the group but nobody could add tracks or additional activities like cycling or swimming. In principle the group is dead but because of the attractive name this Zombie group gets additional members.

No idea, but this has nothing to do with Garmin

It's not a technical Garmin issue, but Garmin force this isolation of the group admin or any other Garmin connect user. There is no funtionality to contact a user. I miss private / personal messages. The only choice is a comment to an activity, but if the last activity is a year ago or longer - no way.
Back to this topic I think group admin is a special role and personal messages should be allowed.

If you don't like how a [/free/] service is implemented, then don't use it.

If you can find another service or platform that offers what you want or like, then use it.

If you can't, then that's just the way it is; you haven't lost anything you originally had, or to which are in some way entitled.
