TCX Files not Uploading

I have a batch of tcx files that I exported from Strava that I want to import into garmin connect, but I am getting the error message below

One of your files was not accepted by the system. Please contact Support for assistance.

Is there a known problem or how can I get this working?

Try exporting it from Strava as a gpx or export from the FitBit platform as tcx/gpx/fit.

Had the same issue (exported tcx files from Strava cannot be imported in Garmin connect). Found that only the leading whitespaces in the first line of the files was the problem. Fixed it using a small powershell comand (reducce/trims every line of file in the current folder)

ls *.tcx -rec | %{$f=$_; (gc $f.PSPath).Trim() | sc $f.PSPath}
