Hi, hoping I can find an answer here. I only got my Fenix 5 Plus two days ago. I woke up this morning to it (See picture) and it has been stuck like that for hours. I assumed it was doing an update but seems to just get stuck. I am able to turn it off but holding light button but it just loads back up to that again. The bar moves a bit but then doesn't. I have tried plugging it into computer, full factory reset using the button combo but it doesn't do anything. Best I can do is turn it off and back on again.
Any help would be great before I send it back or call Garmin tomorrow. ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1400303.jpg
