Here's my issue.
Auto-gesture backlight wasn't working anymore, tried everything nothing would work. Contacted garmin and finally a restore to default settings fixed my issue.
Now here's the issue. I was at 14820 steps before restoration, now it's at 1560. On Garmin Connect it still shows 14820 and won't change.
I contacted garmin and they told me it would sync by the end of the day, but hey! I'm not convinced at all by this answer.
I'm on a 30+ days streak and trying to keep it up.
Will the steps really by synced at midnight? Do I have to reach that 14820 back to get it to be added on the app?
On garmin Connect it does show the new steps by the hour, but it won't be added to the total number.
I was at 25570 steps auto-objective. Worried my streak and/or data will be lost through this.
