Exporting Original file issue

Hi All,
I like to check my .fit file from my Edge 1030. Instead of plugging it in, I've found it can be retrieved from GC through the website. This always works well until today.
Selecting "Export Original" for today's ride is giving me a (almost) blank webpage with just
{"message":null,"error":"NullPointerException"}

in the top left corner.
Yesterday's ride exports OK still.
And all the relevant information seems OK on the page, so the ride seems to be imported correctly into GC.
I was able to retrieve the .fit file direct from the 1030, so there doesn't seem to be a problem with the device.

    I'm having this same issue. I raced a 5000 at 9 yesterday and I can't use the "Export Original" function either. The same applies to the warm up and cool down from the same night.

    Same here. Run from Sunday is fine, this morning's run ends up with the NullPointerException error.
  • same issue here since yesterday it is not possible to export "original format".
    tcx,gpx,... and other type of export is working.
  • As per another thread on this subject no problem here exporting original using either waterfox 56.2.2 or Chrome 68.0.3440.106
  • I'am using chrome 68.0.3440.106 and still have the issue. I don't think it is related to the browser but more a problem in the backend.

    Are you trying with an activity from the last 24 hours or so?

    Same issue for me. Yesterday's files download fine but nothing from today. FWIW I'm using Chrome but on the face of it seems to be a site issue. I have the uploaded fit files automatically sent to Training Peaks and I can download the offending files from there with no problem.

    This is an issue that we are aware of and working to resolve. Hope to have a fix very soon.
