Setting a repetitions by distance

Hello guys;

Does anyone know how to set repetitions based on distance?

My coach asked me to make some fartlek runs as this:

- run a total of 3kms, switching 2 minutes faster and 2 minutes slower.

But I don't know how to set this activity on Garmin connect. Because I don't know how much repetitions I will do.

  • You only have to program a training with 2min intervals (doesn't matter how many, just enough). On the watch in the running app, set Alerts to -> Distance "3km". Or just take a look every now and then on the overall distance, its a data field. We are talking of only 3kms...

    In Garmin Connect, you can't set two goals (distance and time) for one sector or repetition.
