Missing location / GPS data despite correct pace and distance

Hi All,

I ran 16km today, but only the first 5km is shown on the map. Garmin Connect displays my distance accurately at 16km, but the map trail ends at 5km.
Pace and distance and heart rate is also recorded correctly.

Even more puzzling is this: Elevation is displayed correctly on the watch, but it cannot be read from the fit file, on strava, garmin connect, or third party apps.

This is the activity recorded:
https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/2938792516

The attached photo shows the elevation displayed on my watch.

Fit file transferred via USB also attached for reference.

This is disappointing. I though garmin was reliable. It's only my third week with this watch. I'm just fortunate it wasn't a crucial race that I wanted to capture.

Is there a way to salvage the missing information? "Garmin online fit repair tool" did not work either.

Thank you for your time. ciq.forums.garmin.com/.../1390330.jpg
