Corrupt .fit file

Can I ask the combined wisdom of this forum for any ideas on how I might establish what is wrong and maybe fix this file?

I have my first corrupt .fit file (attached), after more than a year of using a Garmin Edge 520. Garmin Connect will not import this file. Reports the error "An error occurred with your upload. Please try again".

I have tried <garmin.kiesewetter.nl/>, but this file crashed the site when I try the Convert to .CSV option. ("Server Error in '/' Application. Failed to enable constraints. One or more rows contain values violating non-null, unique, or foreign-key constraints")

I think I might have accidentally powered off the Garmin whilst the activity was still being saved. (The OK button and the Power button are ominously positioned opposite each other.)

I am particularly interested in this file as I had a dramatic crash during the ride - large stick in spokes, front wheel came to an immediate stop and I went over the handlebars! Thankfully no serious injuries, a few bruises and my bike needs a new pair of front forks :(

Thanks in advance

Mike
