No. Activity records are only transferred unilaterally, from the Garmin device to the cloud-based Garmin Connect service. Your VA3 was never designed or intended by Garmin to be a fully-fledge client of Garmin Connect for reviewing what is in its database, or showing the entire history of your activities (including imported or updated records), or re-evaluating the totals and averages that can be displayed on the watch once you've adjusted the details in some records.
