I only recently got my first Garmin device, the Forerunner 235, and it had been working perfectly until today: I finished a run this morning and selected to save the workout on the device. It looked like it was saving and changed back to the regular non-workout screens, but all of a sudden it just beeped, reset, and deleted all activity from today, so now my home screen shows 0 steps, my basal burned calories, and no heart rate history for today. I thought I had completely lost the workout, but 10 minutes later it turns out that it uploaded to the Garmin Connect app, yet the app also still shows 0 steps, no heart rate except in the saved workout itself, no burned calories, and it isn't counting the intensity minutes from this workout. Can anyone help out? I have all the workout stats in the workout itself, but nothing else in the app or watch is registering it.
