they schould integrate it to the connect calendar maybe ? with nortifications on the device.
As the Garmin calendar is very poor in functionalities so far! For an athlete garmin calendar has not at all tools to plan, make notes, higlight different periods of trainig , recovery weeks, fasting etc...
I do since 3 weeks, lost 3 kg but as well lost lots of power and energy ( I were at negative -300 kcl per day at the same time) will try to get my kcl intake to 0 than see how is goint IT fast...
So far I think is worth to do on our off training days :)
I too am interested in something that would track last meal and correct time to break fast.
