eCall - automatic Fall for helb by accident

Hello,
a verry helpfull feature is an automatic call for help when an accident has happend and you are not able to call help by your self.
Usefull for cycling in special.
When you have a crash with bike and you are alone and you are knocked out, No one knows about your Situation and your Location.
An automatic call System would inform a person and send the current Location via sms (no internet needed) after a Countdown of 5 minutes. This person can call the ambulance for you. The current location in sms is a Link in Google Maps, so you can use directly the navigation the the location.

With the connected device, the Countdown could be stopped.

The App Road ID in Playstore recognize a crash and send SMS, nur it use a webservice and so Internet ist allways needed.

Best regards

Jens

I think this would also be useful for runners. I do trail running - often by myself. Would be nice if the app could send a text to my wife if my pace is 0 for more than 5 minutes. Text should include a link to the GPS location so she knows where to look for me. (using Forerunner 630 and Connect for Android)
