Steps, floors, sleep not rated in Insights

Fenix5x is recording steps, and sending messages via Insight, but will not rank me on the insight graphs.

I have selected the grant garmin permission to use my data, but nothing.

this was working in June when using another garmin watch, but stopped before I upgraded. I had hoped the new watch would fix.

Anyone have this issue or solution?

I have a VA3 running FW 5.4 connecting to iOS 11.4.1. Since July the Insight no longer rank me on the graph. Previously it was working fine. The Sleep Widget appears be working normally. I suspect this is a glitch in GCM?

I had this issue since April on my VivoActive HR. I switched to a VivoActive 3 last week and lo and behold, Insight is tracking me again. Try removing your watch from Connect and repairing it and see if starts working again.
