Transfer Connect data

Is it possible to transfer data from Connect to my Garmin watch? Or are you only able to transfer TO Connect?

You can transfer courses and workouts, but not your activity history.

Some personal data, e.g. personal records (as in personal bests) and HR zones, can also be transferred from Garmin Connect to the wearable device.
