Can’t access Actiface’s setting in Garmin connect

i installed Actiface on my Tactix Charlie watch. When I try to use Garmin Connect to change the settings of this watch face, I get the running man without being able to access the settings. The running man keeps on running without settings beings displayed. I am able to change settings in some other watchfaces installed on my watch but not Actiface. People at Actiface say the problem is not on their side. I can change the settings in Garmin Express on my computer but not with Garmin Connect on my iPhone. Does someone else have the same problem or a solution to this problem. Thanks
