Weekly Step Challenge Issue

Hi,

I have some issue regarding the weekly step challenge:

- On Garmin Connect, the only past challenge that I can see is from July 16. The past two weeks are missing (ending 23 and 30). Why can’t I see the result for those challenge?

- For the past 3 week, I’ve finished 1[SUP]st[/SUP] with over 50k step on the 5k step challenge. New challenge today and I’m still on the 5k step challenge. I would expect by now to be on a different challenge, regarding this: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=fU0T2AppaJ68D0sQEdlDK7&searchType=noProduct

Noticed the same problem for me as well this week - two weeks of step challenges missing...past step challenge link automatically goes back to July 16. Shame too as I took 1st last week with ~104K steps..

Have the same issue (in 150k challenge). Anyone has an idea how to contact Garmin support on this issue?

I have the same issue, I already finished 3 set of 95K, but Connect shows my 4 weeks ago challenge of 75k. I was 1st place 3 times in 95K, but the Connect still puts me in another 95k. Is there anyway to choose a different challenge manually?

Looks like Garmin does not care at all about this issue?

Unfortunately, we still don't have no official status about the problem.

Before the final results were calculated the challenge said I had over 70K steps then after the results are calculated I'm suddenly only 39K steps. Anyone know why not all my steps are included in the final step challenge?
