Custom watch hands?! Help?!

Hi,
I’m looking to get my rowing clubs logo turned in to a watch face, that I can share around the club. I can do it via the face app for my fenix 5 plus, and the attached photo is how it looks. I’m getting hold of the original file with it’s constituent layers in the hope I can turn the crosses paddles into the actual watch hands that tell the time?! Is this at all possible? Can I do it without programming or can I pay a programmer to do it?
The Face It app is just going to be a static image background for whatever watch face you're using. Nothing there to program. If you want something more, best to ask in the Connect IQ forum.
