910XT problematic synching

For last 4 weeks or so, I have been having regular problems synching 910XT. I run Garmin Express Sync multiple times, unplug/replug the Ant+ stick, Set "Transfer All" on the watch.

I have again been attempting to get a successful transfer (upload) of my latest activity to Garmin Connect since yesterday. Finally, after a Win10 reboot, I managed to get the upload. But now the dashboard page is blank and F5 does nothing. So I tried opening the activity listing. This showed the uploaded activity (FINALLY!) but clicking on it does nothing (doesn't open the activity).

Other browser tabs are functioning w/o problems this morning.

And nothing has changed on the computer other than some automatic Win10 updates over the last few weeks.

The problem has to be with Garmin Connect. Why are Garmin programmers so lame? Is it because they can't find anyone experienced to work at programming code in KS? Maybe Garmin should relocate to some state where they can recruit suitable programming talent. Sheeze.

    Had done that before. Didn't help. The issue isn't in the browser, it is with the Garmin servers and the Ant+ transfer technology.

    The upload worked tonight but what I noticed is that Garmin Express, after being returned to the tray, appears to be closing itself and getting removed from the tray. Tonight I had to restart GE again and then kick off a Sync operation, which worked. Any idea why GE keeps terminating itself? I don't see any records in the event logs.

    Same problem tonight. The Express icon sat in the tray for 3 days. Every time I moused over it, it said "Syncing". Tonight, when I moused over the icon, the icon disappeared again! I had to restart GE again and am now doing a manual scan.
