I have been running regularly the past 7 days (5km a day roughly), and my training load (graph in Training Status) has been going up.
Yesterday I went for a 20 km run. I was expected a bigger increase in my training load (ignoring the Training Status because I could have been in poor form). However the training load went down.
How can the training load go down when you increase the amount of training you do?
Attached is screenshot. The point on the graph is after a 20 km run. It is lower than the day before.
