Garmin Connect 4.9.0.14 doesn't sync with apple health

Hi all.

I update Garmin Connect to version 4.9.0.14 (IOS) since the update Garmin connect can't sync with Apple health or Apple health with Garmin connect, don't know how this works.
Fenix 3 HR (4.90) sync fine with Garmin connect (4.9.0.14)
Garmin connect (4.9.0.14) not sync with Apple health on Iphone 6 (11.4.1)

I reinstall Garmin connect, restart Iphone, restart Fenix3HR, but same issue.

Any idea?

Thank in advance.

    Same here.

Do the Garmin staff watch this forum?

Same here. It doesn't sync absolutely nothing since 4.9.0.14 update. I've just updated to 4.9.1.1 right now and the issue persists. I've sent an e-mail to Garmin hoping they will fix it soon.

It works for me, but recently the body weight (which sync'd with MyFitnessPal) logged to Health is 1 day early.
  • Correct me if I'm wrong, but the setting is on Apple Health to use Garmin as a source. I'm not aware there is any setting in Garmin Connect to 'send' data to Apple Health. It seems to me the issue is at the Apple Health end. As noted above, whatever's happening is not happening to me, although I do question the times that are being displayed.

Thats incorrect. The third party apps are granted permission to read/write HealthKit data. Health does not poll all of the third party apps installed on the phone to see if they have data to offer up.

Mate you on 4.9? That’s when mine stopped syncing.
  • Where is the setting in GCM to 'send' data to Apple Health?
  • There's no configuration in GCM to do that, the authorisation is in Apple Health under Sources.

I know. That was my point. I probably got the wrong end of the stick thinking that somebody thought there was.
Bottom line is, as far as I'm concerned, Garmin Connect and Apple Health is currently broken under iOS 11.4.1 & GCM 4.9.1

Then something is different because it appears to be working for me, apart from occasional issues with energy expenditure not going over. And as noted, the time displayed.
The last time I ran with my 935 was Wednesday. Data transferred fine.

My wife and I are on the same device (iPhone X) same OS version, and same Garmin version ... both stopped working at the same time, when Garmin recently updated their app in the 4.9 space. While it's working for you, it's not working for many others, and considering in both my wife and I case Health is working with every other connected app except Garmin casts a light towards Garmin.

Are you sure you're on the same OS version (11.4.1) and Garmin version (4.9.1) as those of us here with the problem?
