There should be two sets of insights for biking (like avg. speed, mileage, ...) since the values differ quite a lot between road cycling and mountain biking.
I have noticed that when I use 'MTB' for a MTB ride, my calorie calculation is realistic. When I use 'Bike' for a MTB ride, my calories are unrealistically high. These are definitely a lot different in how the efforts are calculated. Is this the kind of stuff you mean by different values?
