Garmin connect mobile doesn't synch with garmin connect website

My mobile Garmin connect doesnt synch with the garmin connect website. Mobile garmin connect is the android version on my samsung S8. On the app everything is working. On the website nothing is there. I can log but thats it. I have checked if I have created a second account but it is not the case.

Garmin is a Tactix bravo.

Where should I start? I would like to use the website also.

  • I disconnect all the account on the website and the app but I have lost everything now. But the good new now it is synchronising. Months of activities lost. Sad.

    Anyone from Garmin care to comment or offer suggestions.  I am having a similar problem, in that I can sync all my devices and activities to Connect Mobile but nothing shows up on Connect for Web.  It's as if they are separate accounts, but they definitely have the same email address.

    Unlikely to happen here on the user forum

    You could try syncing over the USB cable and Gamin Express on the computer to see whether it makes any difference. Also check out the options Storage & Processing, and Device Upload in your Privacy Settings
