Insight not showing where I stand

Hi, from at least a few weeks now, when I look at where I stands in Insight (either Web or app), it only shows the graphs but not where I stand on those graphs. Anybody else?

Edit: Looking at past months, it's actually since May that I don't see where I stand (no colored bar showing where I stands).

I can confirm this issue. works fine for me (Forerunner 935) but a friend of mine also cannot see her values (Forerunner 735)

Well, since I'm not alone, looks like it will have to be an excruciating call to tech support...

Well, never called tech support but I switched to a VivoActive 3 last week and lo and behold, Insight is tracking me again (but nothing between April and December). Maybe it's because it's a new watch but maybe just unpairing the current watch and repairing it would fix it? Worth a try for those experiencing this annoying problem.
