Garmin Connect Mobile and Web out of sync

While trying to resolve a problem with watch faces on my Garmin Fenix 3, I removed my devices from my Garmin Connect Web. I logged out of the mobile app (IOS) and logged back in, reset my watch and synced it successfully to the app.

I also added a photo to my account.

Garmin web can see the photo change (post reconnecting the phone), but cannot see the device despite my being able to see it on the IOS app.

Additionally, I removed my old Edge 510 and Forerunner devices from Connect web, but they still show up on the app as registered to Garmin Connect.

Any ideas how I can force a sync between the mobile and web apps?
