Intensity minutes problem

Hello

There are many activities that meet the intense 100 or 200 badge requirements, but I have not got them:

I can not find any traces of intensity minutes on the website, as shown in the attached picture either.

Is it possible that the 920xt does not support this feature?

I have the same issue and same watch. Any updates on this issue? Is a heartbeat sensor obligated?
