No Sound when Playing Coach Training Videos within Connect App on iPad

Anyone having this issue? I have no sound when playing the coach training videos on my iPad. I'm not connected to any bluetooth speaker and the volume is at max.

I do have sound when played within the Connect app on my Android phone.
