Garmin 935 performance stats

Dear Garmin

I have owned my 935 since there realese, it has been great .
but the last couple of months it has stopped showing my performance stats on garmin connect .
As thought I have not been training .
The activities 'record but my stats don't show .

I have been having this problem for over a year as well. What gives? Is there a way to get this feature to work?

Trying to understand and possibly help - what exactly means "activities record but stats don't show"? Which screen, and what data is exactly missing? The same, both on Garmin Connect Mobile and Garmin Connect Web, or on the phone app only? Any screenshots available to better understand the problem?

I believe was or possibly still is having sync issues as mentioned here - Unable to update or synch with Garmin Express., but has not responded to my query.
