garmin connect- gear - bikes- hours used

Hi,
I can see on my gear- bikes- the number of miles i have on my bike. However, i want to know the number of hours on the bike so i know when to service the suspension parts. Is there a way to figure this out automatically? Right now i am just dividing the miles by an average MPH speed.

One way i can think of is to export all your rides to CSV then use your spreadsheet application to add the time. My mileage stopped counting on my gear so i has to do that.
