Create Segment - Different Way?

Question

In the past I had been used to open the activity which I want to use for creating a segment. Then scroll down to tab segments, open and click on "create new one".
I could not find the tab segment in activity anymore. Had been there any changes? I didn´t do any changes in Privacy Protection. All settings are set on "open/public".

 Maybe your segment type somehow got changed to "Strava", which would hide the segment tab in GC. 
 Try this: 
 
 Log on to Garmin Connect Web 
 Add the Segment widget to the dashboard ("+" > Segments) 
 If there's a Strava logo on the widget, then your segment type is Strava and you need to change it to Garmin. Click Gear Icon > Use Garmin Segments
