Training Effect disappeared (Garmin 935 v9.10 with heart rate values ok)

Hello,

I'm using a Garmin 935 and the firmware is up to date (v9.10). The Training Effects have disappeared since the 16th of june, see some of my activities :

I still have heart rate sensor of course.

Why my Training Effect statistics have disappeared and how could I get them back ?

Any news on that? I have Fenix 5 and same thing happened to me a few days ago - one day it works, the next, it stops.

Yesterday I (soft) reset my Fenix 5 and the active calories returned but the Training Effect now entirely disappeared from the Activity (before it was jsut showing 0).

4.7. it worked fine - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/2826360761
6.7. TE and active calories started to show 0 - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/2830178945
14.7. after reset active calories return, TE disappears - https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/2849836674

OnlyTwo MoveIQ and TrueUp are on. I guess you'd like to see the troublesome FIT files?

Same for me, it worked to soft reset my Garmin 935, now I got back the TE.

Same problem with my 645M after i bought the HRM-RUN (4th gen).
