My son uploaded a ride this evening and while the heart rate data can be seen in Garmin Connect, the synced ride in Strava says that no heart rate sensor was used on the ride.
Has anyone else experienced this and is there any sort of fix for it?
(Note: ride was synced from an Edge 510 via the Android GC app)
